These days, we realize that there a literally hundreds of mortgage lenders that you could select for your home loan needs.

So with that in mind, I think it’s helpful for me to point out something that we do here at Franklin Loan Center that helps to separate us from the big pack!

When a customer closes a loan, there is always a TON of paperwork that gets sent to them.  For instance:

• Deed of Trust
• Final Settlement Statement
• Grant Deeds
• Final Closing Disclosure

It can be quite a chore for borrowers to save all of this information and it is without a doubt needed during tax time and perhaps years later when they go to sell the home.

We put all of that important documentation together on a USB drive and send it to every client.  It simplifies the documentation and keeps everything in a convenient storage spot.  Our clients tend to always appreciate the effort as it helps them to keep important paperwork organized.
