Marketing Your Real Estate Business Online

Have you ever had a conversation with a friend,  family member, or acquaintance and found out that they recently either purchased or sold a home?

Chances are, if you have been in real estate for any length of time, this has happened to you and it can be incredibly frustrating as you wonder why they never even thought to call you.

But sometimes you have to take an honest look in the mirror and ask yourself if you were really doing everything possible to stay in front of that person consistently and effectively.  Were you “earning” their business or just “hoping” that anyone you know would instinctively call you if they wanted to buy or sell?

One way that I help myself to never leave those commission checks on the table is to consistently use the internet to not only stay in front of my contacts, but to also provide them with valuable information on a regular basis.  I don’t try to “sell” to them every week, but rather offer them tips and strategies via my blog.

Greg Preite of Online Profit Strategy has been managing this marketing effort for me for years now, and it has resulted in more closed transactions than I can count.  Today, I’ve asked him to provide some information that might shed some light on how you should use the internet to market your real estate business.  You can reach Greg at info@onlineprofitstrategy.com or (951) 234-5943.
