Now that you are on my website, you can see the dozens and dozens of blog posts that I’ve posted over the past 3-4 years.

Why do I do it?

Blogging gives me the opportunity to provide valuable information to my past clients, referral partners, friends, and family.  It’s not a spot where I try to “sell” them a mortgage, but rather a safe place that they can access mortgage information without the worry of being “sold”.

The results?

I have countless examples of how my blog has kept me in touch with past clients and how that has led to a new transaction sometimes years after closing their first loan.
