Does Today’s Housing Market Resemble 2006?

With the escalation we’ve seen in home prices over the past few years, many fear that we may be headed for another housing “bubble” and that a crash is just around the corner.

Listen to the President of Franklin Loan Center, Walter Neil, as he explains why our housing market today is actually much different from 2006 and why facts support that there is not a “bubble” looming.
