In the highly competitive mortgage industry, there can never be too many places to get information that may help give you the edge and increase your knowledge.

Starting Monday, October 13, Mortgage News Network, an online-exclusive video resource offering programming for professionals in the residential mortgage and real estate industries, will debut a lineup of educational programs which will provide viewers with the tools and strategies needed to grow their own businesses.

In addition, Mortgage News Network will release a scheduled presentation of specific programming it will air.

According to Mortgage News Network, the mainstay of its programming will be The Housing Show, the first weekly news magazine specifically aimed at mortgage and real estate professionals. The show, hosted by managing editor of National Mortgage Professional Magazine Phil Hall, will be broadcast each Friday and feature original interviews with the industry’s most respected business executives and innovative leaders.

The show will also include colorful commentary on the current trends and issues that are shaping our economy.

Even though The Housing Show will be the network’s pillar, there are other shows soon to be launched. These include:

• Master of Markets, which will be hosted by Barry Habib, who is the CEO of MBS Highway. This show will review key economic events and forecast industry trends.
• Grow Your Business, hosted by Greg Frost, who was the mortgage industry’s first $1 billion originator.
• The Mortgage Edge will be hosted by Rene Rodriguez, the CEO of Volentum and founder and CEO of BetterLoanOffices.com. This show will focus on tips generating mortgage and real estate leads through social media and search engine optimization.
• Compliance Matters, which will be an overview of the various mortgage compliance topics, will be hosted by an executive team from the Brokers Compliance Group.
