I want to share exciting news that we got yesterday: jumbo loan options are now available. Anybody who has been looking at homes in the jumbo range or needing alternative documentation has largely been told no in the mortgage industry recently.

There haven’t been these options over the past few months now because of everything that has been happening in the industry.

Franklin Loan Center is Here to Help

Franklin Loan Center came up with a solution for this problem: we created our own product.

Jumbo loans have never been a huge portion of my portfolio, but it’s always been good to have the option. When it comes up, I often do a lot of bank statement qualifiers, one year of tax returns, and other strategies we can use to get it done. But our recent options have been limited – until now.

I have several jumbo loans going on right now that have surprisingly good pricing. There has been a lot of talk in the real estate industry that no jumbo lending or alternative documentation options are available, but I wanted to get the word out that we are offering solutions. Franklin Loan Center took a big step and created their own portfolio product.
