Happy New Year! It’s our first full week back in the office, and it feels good to get back into the regular schedule again. The holiday break is always fun, but I like the excitement when everyone returns to the office again.

Real Estate Industry Update

Today, I’m excited to share the word about an event next week that you are invited to attend. On Wednesday, we are hosting an event here in Temecula at the Board of Realtors. Walter Neil, the CEO of Franklin Loan Center, is coming to share great information about the economy, what is going on in our state, and how these various details will affect real estate.

For all my realtor friends, you will benefit by learning how to frame and talk about the economy, to help our clients understand the current trends. Right now, every client I talk to is wondering whether it is a good time to buy. A lot is going on geopolitically and in the economy, so it makes sense that people are worried about what might happen in the future.

People are trying to make sense of it. Walter will talk about what you need to know, so you can use this information to share with your prospective clients.
